 Sandra Rose broke the news yesterday (January 24, 2013)  Apollo Nida, husband to Real Housewives of Atlanta Phaedra Parks  surrendered to US Marshall's  on January 23, 2013, on charges of bank fraud and aggravated identity fraud. Apollo Nida appeared in front of a US magistrate judge at US District Court in Atlanta.
